Register page is blank

We were able to create the registration form and we received the registration email, however, the activation link doesn't take us anywhere, the site says "the gymprovirtual.com page can't be found". We already checked the settings here: lms-> settings -> emails -> email options activate email -> edit emails, checked the url of the activation page and it seems fine. We might be linking it to the wrong activation page but we don't know which one it is or how to make the activation page work. Could you give us a hand?
