    Hi, I am having an issue. When a user has not taken the course still on his profile the certificate is being shown. And I want to remove the certificate from the user account, how to do this? Its on top priority as the course is live. Regards

    To debug your issue I need temporary access to your site. please share site URL and admin credentials in private reply. also, share user details and steps to replicate this issue.  
    Its totally new issue for me. I never saw a user having certificates without taking a course. so please share how can I replicate this issue?
