Remove “Create Account” Option from Login Page

There is a problem that visitors always have the option to create an account from the login page https://prnt.sc/vnafok I want to stop visitors from having an account unless they have paid for membership to the site. I know I can untick the option in settings "Anyone can register", and users can become members through Woocommerce, but the options for membership are very limited in this way. I want to be able to use a membership plugin like ARMember, so that I can make membership options more flexible/changeable. I asked in the forum about adjusting the code to remove the "Create Account" button, but was told that a quick fix in this case is not possible. Is it possible to add an option to remove this button while "Anyone can register" is ticked?

Alternatively, the "Create Account" button could have a setting to change the link from the sign-up page, to another custom page link.
