Remove student from WPLMS Batch

Hello WPLMS Team! I am using the WPLMS Buy Batch Feature. Let's say someone buys some courses using the batch feature and then manages the batch adding  student X. The batch administrator realizes later that he added the wrong student and wants to exclude him from the batch. He removes student X from the batch using "remove from group button" or "kick and ban button". I noticed that student X still has acces to the course after removing him from the bach. How can the adiminstrator of the batch remove student's X acces to the batch? What is the difference between "remove from group" and "kick and ban" buttons? Thank you! Dan

Hi, After removing student from batch it will automatically remove students from the course too. We need your admin credential in private reply along with batch and course URL. Also, kick ban means: It bans the user from rejoining that group until you unban them.
