Please set the width of your certificate to 800, so that it can be seen properly. It might be possible that button shifted to right due to the size of the certificate. If it still not resolve the issue then do share your site URL with credentials to check the sameMarch 31, 2020 at 7:37 am #248113mdeglaSpectatorEnabled it But still got The Wired Looking Characters https://ibb.co/BLCXsqhApril 1, 2020 at 11:05 am #248352DianaParticipant@mdgela, Try this once: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-pdf-certificate-tcpdf-utf-8-bad-encoding-with-special-characters-displays-on-pdf-file/ This will work with wplms pdf certificates If it still not works then I need to check the issue on your siteApril 1, 2020 at 12:46 pm #248367mdeglaSpectatorPDF Certificates Doesn't Work For us https://ibb.co/7nDCMgj When We Customize The Alignments and Widths of objects it does't save We don't Want to use PDF Certificates Please Help us Resolve The Problem With the Normal Certificate Solution ThanksApril 2, 2020 at 1:13 pm #248584DianaParticipant@mdegla, Okay, please share your site URL with admin credentials in a private reply we can check on your site.
