    Using safari, the bbb is unable to show properly. This only happens to safari, but not google chrome. How do I solve this problem?

    @stariflymanage What is the version of your safari browser? Make sure you have the latest one.

    the safari is the most updated. I have screen recorded the issue. Chrome has problem as well (1) the chrome show "webrtc error" when using shortcode to open meeting, but work fines when open meeting directly in the panel.     do you need bigbluebutton server credentials? or just wplms bbb plugin issue?

    @stariflymanage The error is coming from big blue button. make sure you have the Safari browser version at least 11.2.xx This safari browser version supports webrtc.
