Safe to remove plugins

Dear, I do not use the following plugins, is it safe to delete this: EventOn and WPLMS EventOn Buddydrive   Also I have visual composer activated, but I do not use it I believe. Or is it neccessary to have the them functioning. I do use the build in editor in the wplms theme (this one: https://prntscr.com/hduh14). Does it have any relation with visual composer? Kind regards

Yes you can deactivate all those plugins . In wplms only 3 plugins are necessary which are : Buddypress , vibe customtypes and vibe course module plugin . You can deactivate any of the remaining plugins.
