Scrolling issue

We tried to replicate the issue at our site but we failed to find out why the error is appearing at your end . the js code is same and also we applied transparent header with no title page . But was not able to replicate the issue on any page at our demo site . Please check : http://prntscr.com/aju6ir http://prnt.sc/aju7h2 I checked this on all of my pages . this means that this maybe an issue with third party plugins . can you please try deactivating third party plugins for once and check the issue again?
