‘Security check failed’ error

    One of the instructors was logged into the site and has the Instructor role. She clicked the Create a Course button and received this error:security check failed.. check with administrator What does that mean and how can I prevent it from happening?

    Please make sure that your theme and all its plugins are updated to latest .(1.9.8) . Vibe course module (1.9.8.4) . Please make sure that your edit course page is set fro wp-admin -> wplms -> course manager -> Connect Edit Course Page If not then create a edit curse page from pages and select its template " Create Content " . Then select this page in wplms -> course manager -> Connect Edit Course Page.

    Course page is fine - I had logged in as an instructor and had no problems. Theme is 1.9.8 & Course module is 1.9.8.4,.

    Please try deactivating third party plugins for once and check for the issue again .
