Send Mail after student finish an specific course

Hey guys, is it possible to send an email when a student finish a specific course? Let´s say that the student study Math 1 and when he finish we want to send an specific mail saying " congrats! continue wiht math 2" This mail would be only for this specific course. I don´t care if it is in mailchimp or WP mailing. Thanks!!

Well for specific course : not available . There is touch point available which you can enable but it will be enabled for all courses .
