Hi did you use user role editor plugin and edit some roles in your wp setup ? wplms does not interfere with role access in backend except its own lms settings which can only be accessible to admins having "manage_options " capability.

So what do you suggest? Deactivating all plugins one by one?

Yes as mycred suggests ,as the mycred support suggests these are due to capabilities and you have some plugin which might alter the caps of user so yes deactivating plugin might help . You may need to use the user role editor plugin as well in order to check caps .

Its a mycred page and as told previously this is not at all connected to our code. please contact the mycred plugin and check the capabilities of the user to access that page .
