 Hello there, Students showing as expired even though Students are not anywhere near the end of a 6 months course. Please I need help ASAP as Students are getting frustrated with some of the teething problems we are having on the site. A couple of days ago, we also noticed that Students work in large text answers are not being saved. Please find attached screenshot around the Student showing as expired or being timed less that the duration of the course. Student Showing as Expired When this should not be the case Regards, Charles

First of all quick fix : Please note that you can extend the subscription from the course admin of any user . Also please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to latest version . The expiry time is set on the basis on when the student took the course . Please also check if your product connected has the subscription . The duration for the student will be set on the basis of the product subscription if the subscription is enabled and not on the course duration .

Hi Alex, I am really sorry to be a pain. Could you please provide a step by step approach on how to remove the expiration problem currently showing on some our Students Accounts. At the moment, we have used 3 developers and they have done a botched job. I am doing this myself but I have a very limited knowledge so I need a concise explanation on how to do things on the system. If you prefer, I can also email you a login credential for you to see exactly what the problem was. Many thanks

Thanks Alex. That was very very helpful! I have another question. I am not sure if I can post it here and find a different thread. 1. Instructors Dashboard is displaying courses as zero even though they are instructing one or more courses. 2. A Student has submitted a quiz 16 hours, 48 minutes ago but still the Instructor could not see any notification of this in her Dashboard. Please help. Many thanks in advance Charles

1. Can you share screenshost related to this ? . Unable to replicate the issue . Please make sure that your wplms theme and all its plugins are updated to laetst version . Also check if that instructor courses are not in drafts from wp-admin -> lms -> all courses . 2. Check the touch points settings for the submit quiz form lms -> settings -> touch points .

1. Please note that in wplms instructors can also pursue courses and that count is for the courses that instructor has taken(my courses) .It does not shows the courses created by the instructors . 2. Please check the touch point settings from LMS -> settings -> touch points . refer : http://prntscr.com/9cunfu 3. Please try disabling linkage or instructor course privacy from wplms -> course manager if you have enabled .

Thanks so much Alex for this. Here are the login credentials: Website: www.flexlearn.co.uk/login Admin Credentials: U: wplms-alex P: 2Wplms2015 We have had to delete most of the questions and re-enter them. On the whole, the site is very temperamental. Sometimes quizzes are not being been saved. It takes forever to activate or deactivate plugs on the site. I would be most grateful if you could check to see if our Developer has done any damages to the site. Many thanks Charles

I checked your site and found all of the settings in place . Can you please try deactivating third party plugins for once and check the issue again .
