I have checked your site.
I have logged in with the admin credentials and then check the courses which have the 100% progress.
I have manually completed the courses there and found that after clicking on the finished course button it is still appearing "CONTINUE COURSE".
that's the reason it is showing "0 COURSES" and the same for the statistic for the course because if there is a problem with the widget then it will never show the correct statistic for the "QUIZ" and "ASSIGNMENT".
so until the "CONTINUE COURSE" doesn't change to "COURSE FINISHED" it is not going to be visible in the widget under the dashboard section.
I think you have written some code in customizer for this! if yes then please change it.

That means there is a bug with finished courses. it should say finished not Continue Course.
I have checked and there is a bug with your
wplms-woocommerce-memberships plugin
can you provide a fix for this integration to work correctly
when the wplms-woocommerce-memberships is deactivated the finished course button works normally

I have made tried this on my local setup and try to debug the code.
it seems no error in the code for my local set up. now i have to check the on your setup so please provide FTP/Cpanel credentials by which i will be able to debug the code and find out that where are the differences take place.
