student stats not showing start and finish date

Hi, Not sure what the problem is, but the student start and finish dates for my courses is not listed in the .xls/.csv download file.  It says, N.A. in the columns. Any idea why? Cheers, Margaret

hello, please answer these questions:

1. is it happening for all users or for few?
2. share course detail
3. make sure that user has the activity recorder under the activity tab.
4. have you deleted activity of any student?
5. share user who is facing the issue
6. share admin credentials
7. share a video so that i can replicate the issue.

Hello, if you have deactivated the activity record then it won't show again. because we store everything in the activity. if the activity was not recorded and it was disabled when the student starts and finish a course. then there will be no value recorded and it will show an error. there is no solution for this. you have to reset the progress for the user who has NA then they have to retake the course only then it will work now. refer: https://share.getcloudapp.com/4gux8nko it is very important.
