Students can’t get Enrolled in Batches

Hi,
When a student clicks on Enroll in batches, there is a notification says:
“You have not joined the batch” although that student is already enrolled in the related course.
Now if I try to add the student to the batch from my side, I can’t do that either, it says” group not added” how can I fix this?

Ok checked the video.
Is after clicking enroll, student, joined the batch?? or only get the message ‘You have not joined the batch’.
It can be user is already the batch member.

Please share admin credential and a student credential I have to check the API response for that

Hi,
Given the student’s credential not working please check and share a new one, Also can be student already the group member so the message appears “you have not joined the batch”.
We have to check the issue from student end if any issue we will add this is an trello card to fix bug and fix will be release in next update.

Checked:: Create a new group and adding students is working fine.

Nothing is working fine
I have a group and its name is PEBC EE Winter 2021, I’m not able to add anyone to it. And no, the students are not already enrolled.

So I figured it out
When I deactivate the Batches plugin, the groups are working just fine, I was able to add students normally.
Once I activate it back, the issue comes back, so there is a bug in the plugin itself.
If you have a solution, you are welcome to put it here, if you don’t then please I want a refund, it’s useless.

Also, make sure if you enable the group as batch and also check the batch seats count you have set here https://prnt.sc/vo7sl0

We are releasing 4.3 update with a bug in few hours please update and let me know if you are still facing an enrollment issue.

I updated the Batches plugin to the latest version.
I spent more than an hour today, despite other hours on the other days to try to solve the issue with the plugin.

Basically, when you say it’s working, that’s only when you create a new blank group that is not connected to any course, however, once the group is linked to a batch with a course, it breaks and I can no longer add any students.

I’m fed up with this, please issue a refund, the plugin is not working and you are not trying hard enough to help my case.
