sub menu item spacing issues

Hi, my site is www.dbvidya.com. Under "courses"-> submenu comes, this sub menu item spacing is  more. enclosing , menu  sturcture  file and how it is displayed  on the web site -> another screenshot.

1. under  wplms->header->Fixed top header on scroll->Fixed on scroll.

Still it is not fixed. Previously both the issues were not there. why suddenly both are not working , no idea. Is it due to any  vibe module  plugin updates? screen shot is attached. Please help. Best Regards, Sanjay

left:250px;

}

2) Please share the admin credentials to check.
