there is some another third party plugin conflicting with the CSS or it can be the problem of caching. because I have applied the same thing on my site and it works fine. the issue like that never happened before and no other user faces a problem like that. try to clear your cache, may it works!

please use vibe shortcode to create tabs then use elementor or vibe shortcode to create a carousel and paste this in-between tab shortcodes.
this will work.
in your case #alex debug the issue and told us that it is related to the page builder. and we cant fix it for now.
