Make sure both your woocommerce product as well as course should be connected to each other or not.
Let me know after clicking on take this course button what happens on your site

Sorry for late reply, First your admin credentials is not valid,

But "Take this course" button go to the associated product for it, This setting is present in the wp-admin->wplms->miscellaneous->direct checkout, disable it.
After purchased the course, It will be added in user profile,
