Terms and conditions Ajax registration

Hi, How can I add terms and conditions on Ajax sign up registration using "pop up login" style? When I disable the AJax login, this is available on the register page( mywebsite.com/register), but not when using the Ajax. Moreover, Profile fields are not available on the Ajax login.   Many thanks   Charles
