Text editor and shortcodes

Hi, I can't select the text view in the backend of wordpress so i can see the code of a course and when i click on the V to select one shortcode, nothing is shown. The text view is working well on posts and pages, the issue is only on LMS. I've already disabled my cache plugin but still not working. Thanks for help

Can you please try deactivating all third party plugins and check. It seems to be some js conflict. Refer this : https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors If this does not help, please share site url as well as admin credentials to check the issue. Also let us know if it is ok to deactivate plugins and check. Make sure to set the reply as private when sharing credentials.

I find the plugin with the js conflict, it's WP smush Pro so i deactivate it and now it works ! Thanks !
