Hi, I have 2 issues : 1: the certificate background can'not preview for student : try this student : name : qweqweqwe password : qwe try to complete this course :Hi, if I disable image mode for certificate. then the student can not save the certificate or print itHello, image mode was an R & D option. actually. actually when certificate generates the first time on the canvas. we click a picture of it and save it in the media folder in WordPress. when next time you will access the certificate then this captured image will be shown. some user has reported that its blurry and does not work well, in that case, we ask them to disable the image mode so that the HTML certificate could be generated every time.

Dear Friend, Wonderfully debugged the problem. I appreciate your problem-solving skills. if you are using the pdf certificate then i can add a short patch into it so that every certificate will be uniques and won't be cached by cache plugin.
if you are using another pdf certificate then please refer this tutorial: https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/wplms-with-w3-total-cache/ in this we have used the w3 total cache plugin but the settings will be the same for all cache plugin. please follow this tutorial and enable the guided settings only then check again. if it resolves your issue. if something strange happens then let me know.Hello, you have managed to solve this issue by excluding the page: http://prntscr.com/o3bwn4 yes, there is an encoding issue but i can tell you the way to use the pdf certificate if you want. please let me know your thought. i think you should give it a try.
sorry, i have skipped the no. 2 earlier. i have checked this on my test setup and I could not find an issue. please try to share a video so that I can replicate this issue at my end. I could be a loophole in theme. stay alert.
