The certificate does not appear/print correctly,

Hi, When I try to view awarded certificate it just shows and zooms out a picture of certificate background from Top left and a certificate code, Nothing else is showing properly, And when I download the certificate it remains the same and the Text such as Course Name, Student name starts from starting of certificate I mean aligned to left, which I want to put them in center. Kindly help me to fix this problem ASAP, Thanks,

Please do not use HTML builder, its time taking and an obsolete one.

please try to use pdf certificate builder because it's great.

delete your current version of pdf certificate plugin or update this plugin from plugins section.

or download from here and then upload zip file: wplms-pdf-certificates

take full page width of the element then use center align.

if you cant make this work only then share admin credentials in a private reply. i will check the issue. also make sure your theme and plugin are of version 3.9.6.
