    Dear support, The day access starts running once the student is being assigned to the course, even thou the student did not start the course. All along, the access day should not start if the student did not start the course. Please check.

    Well yes in wplms the duration of the user in course starts decreasing immediately when he is added to the course . If you want to the duration should when he clicks start course then please enable " Enable Course Duration from Start Course " from wp-admin -> lms -> settings .

    Dear support, I have enabled "Enable Course Duration from Start Course". But it turns out giving all assigned course students unlimited access! We have disabled it for now. Please help on this ASAP.
