The link you followed has expired

Hi, When I  am trying to update the profile field of the drop down it is showing as " The link you followed has expired." I have added around 50 options in the drop down. Let me know if there is any limit of options.

Well this is not related to theme and is related to buddypress and generally appears due to some php configuration on server . Please make sure that your php configuration is atleast : WP Memory Limit:    128 Mb WP Max Upload Size:    32 MB PHP Post Max Size:    32 MB PHP Time Limit:    240 PHP Max Input Vars:    1000

  Well please deactivate all the plugin which you do not feel necessary and then try to update the fields. install this plugin "query monitor" refer this tip to know which plugin is actually putting load on your server : https://kinsta.com/blog/query-monitor/
