    https://dev.art-providers.com/course/olympics-test/ This course used to let you take it to the end and score. Just closes down even after you say No to resume. What is going wrong here?

    Ok strange. It happens when the popup comes to resume Yes/No/ Irrespective of what you choose it closes down and makes the course private

    Well we are getting error " Warning: Error while sending QUERY packet. PID=26065 in /home/customer/www/dev.art-providers.com/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 2033 " it seems like db query is not working to fetch the scorm data for this course which saves for the user . hence the error is appearing . This generally appears when db is full or tmp folder is full on server.

    This issue can be closed as you are pursuing this via other ticket. As I mentioned there is a massive PHP login with api errors and the packet is too large so please look into the matter as this does not look right.

    Not closing at this point as this could be related to another issue in scorm js api until we resolve the other one. Also I checked this on my test site but did not replicated the same.

    I believe this is related to the setting "auto trigger finish course" in wp-admin -> lms .Can you please try disabling it .

    Please see why each session there is a php error log with 62MB of session data causing the chokeup.

    As I have mentioned before it is not a Third party plugin causing this issue. Please see recording where all plugins are deactivated except the WPLMs ones but we still have the auto-finish forced. Clearly a bug with retake perhaps or after course reset. Please look into this in depth to resolve. Also tested on another server we have. Same result. http://somup.com/cYQvb6l6G3

    As you can see perhaps it is to do with course retake. Happens everytime for https://dev.art-providers.com/course/ispring-package-from-ea-23-09-2020/ Now I have set retake for the course you tested with https://dev.art-providers.com/course/ispring-sample/ Check now and you will see it auto-finished

    Hi Alex I think the issue with auto-closure is now resolved. Thank you. Although it does make it Private course everytime unless you go back to dashboard and relaunch.
