This is strangePlease first of all make sure that you have updated wplms theme and all its plugins .Can you please try deactivating all the third party plugins at once and check the issue again .Please also clear the cache and re-save permalinks .

Still the same problem. After updating the theme to wplms2.2.2 version, there is no wplms no wplms parent theme in the themes menu. only the child theme

Sorry we are still unable to login. We added the same password as shared but still it's asking for authentication.

Nope still getting the same error .
This is a security check that can be applied by the webhost for different ip's or maybe from a third party plugin which is related to security .
Please consult your webhost on this .
Have you tried disabling third party plugins at once .
Please also check of the update was done properly .
Try following this guide to again manually updating the theme .
Make sure that all the wplms and vibe plugins are activated and updated to latest .

Okay when i checked your site I found the wplms theme and modern child theme to be outdated.
Can you please update them so the issue can be replicated and we can debug the issue .
PS : I suspect that this is related to third party plugin .Can you please confirm if you checked the issue by deactivating all the third party plugins at once ?

I just tried to update the theme after deactivating all the 3rd party plugins. but stil the same problem. There is no WPLMS option panel. u can check it now
I again checked your site and found that your main wplms theme has some files missing including the index.php file .

I also found that your modern child theme was also outdated .
Latest modern child theme is available in wplms package .Please update modern child theme also .
