Hello, We are meeting an issue when trying to upload new files (images) on our Buddypress groups using a third party plugin called "rtMedia" which is dedicated to this goal. I contacted the rt Media support team and here is their answer: " Thanks for providing the login details. I have checked your website, and I can see the problem what you mentioned. However, we can't make any further alternation in your website. Though, I will recommend to do some troubleshooting at your end.
    1. Please deactivate the other plugins (except buddypress and rtMedia).
Deactivate the currently used theme and activate the WordPress default theme. I hope the issue will get resolved by this troubleshooting. [ref - https://rtmedia.io/docs/troubleshooting/ ] Uploading media on group and display on the wall (activity) is the main feature of rtMedia plugin and it works fine for number of our customer's website. You can also refer our demo website for the test https://demo.rtmedia.io/groups/nature/. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks, --Nitun " I followed the recommendations by disabling all the plugins first except Buddypress and rtMedia, but this didn't change anything on the issue met. But when I changed the theme to the Seventeen default theme from Wordpress, the issue has simply disappeared. You help will be very appreciated to resole this issue!   Regards, David

Hello, i have installed it on my local server and it works fine for me. as you can see in the video there is a code from rtmedia which is causing to display none. here: http://somup.com/cqh3XYnpEF
try deactivating all third-party plugins in your network then install a new rtmedia and then check the issue.

Hello, Could you share this code you're talking about (css customizer)? If you're talking about the same css code that your teammate has already shared. You can check on our css customizer, you'll find it. As I noticed before, I have already deactivated al the plugins except buddypress and rtMedia, and it doesn't work. When changed the theme to the Seventeen from Wordpress, the problem was resolved, that means the theme is the source of this issue. One more thing, I remark you have three buttons, I have two. The one from where you uploaded is not in our frontend. Regards, David
