This course can not be taken error on course status

Hi We are facing error "This Course can not be taken. Contact Administrator." again and again.

• While using course..
• if user hits back button
• sometime opening a quiz

hi,

This is only possible when the student is not enrolled in the course and try to access the course status page.

It is possible that the user is enrolled still he cannot access the course status page that means the course is expired for that user.

and i have checked with above credential and course this is paid course so the user who is not enrolled can't take the course that's the reason behind it

Hi Veronica Student is already enrolled & he already able to access. While using course he gets these errors. Also we faced same issue as instructor too. We have added admin user to course then started course with that user. Error we getting randomly

Well on course status page we use to post the course id and security parameter , when this course id is missing or security nonce fails to verify this issue appears. We have to post the data due to security reasons and running many pre courses checks . Please try to enable "show unit title in course status" from wp-admin-> lms-> settings . With this we use to put the unit title in the url and redirect the based in this url to the current unit .

That redirect issue is very strange .Did you try saving permalinks ? for the quiz not loading issue :

need to add this line in your.htaccess file :

SetEnvIf Authorization .+ HTTP_AUTHORIZATION=$0

  also goto wp-admin -> lms -> settings -> api -> make sure all settings are enabled there specially including enable oauth registrations etc .   Please share your site admin creds, ftp creds to check issues further

Hi alex I have reset role & credentials for the user below. try again with same login details. Please reply on 5 point I have written.

• For quiz student is able to access after payment. I am as admin not able to access.
• unit link issue coming for all.

Hi Alex, This is my reply on your revert on mail directly 2 . not added by us please contact your webhost , this is usually done by webhosts to disable internal caching and show actual value in development mode . This is not issue from Host. This was also caused due to <b>Default customer location setting. Settings chosen was Geolocate with cache support. Which added V argument & caused course status page error. Other Default customer location options works fine. 3 . & 5 . please goto wp-admin-> lms -> settings -> api -> connected clients -> clear all clients to solve this . Only clear all clients didn't worked. After clear all clients, I disabled API & enabled again. Then I am able to access quiz. refer this sol : https://stackoverflow.com/a/36911615 Yet now I didnt found need to use it

Well if quizzes are loading and are not showing 401 error then please do not refer the tip . Sometimes old client ids becomes issue with this clearing client ids solve the problem .
