Unable to add Students from Back end

Hello, I am trying to add students to one of my batches "Company 1" from backend and I noticed that the changes are not getting saved. 1. I want to add student "mack" to the batch 2. And change the role of "Makarand Patil" user to Moderator. Settings - http://prntscr.com/dbixb9 But after applying changes the changes are not getting saved. Please check

Thanks for sharing the credentials I checked your site and found out that you are using the bp profile cover image plugin. Note that this plugin is not needed any more now and it causes the issue on the website. I have deactivate the plugin and now it works fine on your website please check and confirm.
