    It's a total hassle every time I want to edit a unit. Today, Sunday 4/18/2021, I create a unit. I want to edit it. Here you can see that inside under the title "Acceso Office Web" there is content https://prnt.sc/11nqpo5. But if I want to edit, the content disappears https://prnt.sc/11nqtxr

    Hi there we checked the content of the unit "Versiones web de las aplicaciones de Office" in the "Microsoft Office" course in your site and found that for some elements in editor the raw data (we save to map the edit) is not being parsed by the editor itself . A very strange issue and hard to replicate on localhost . Did you edited these units in backend as well after creating from front end ?

    Hi Alex, I don't edit in backend. If there is no way and I really need to edit I do it in backend. For this unit I didn't edit in backend. I had to create another unit to add the content I would like to add.

The issue only occurs at your end we tried to replicate but does not work. Also is that there are few units or more where you are facing this.     Hi @scott has better knowledge of the editor as he worked on it. I also checked and put hours to it detecting the issue .MY guess is the content is not being saved properly in database generated by javascript .

    I agree with you Alex. I am 95% sure that this is the problem. The auto save via JavaScript is not really saving. Well, I must not say that it is not saving. Because if we look for it in the backend there is all the content. The problem is with the wplms editor. So, could you please ask @scott to continue with this topic and give him the credentials to check the backend.

    Checked the units before to detect the issue at your end but did not face the same issue at my end. Is there any other units where you are not able to see some content like these images https://prnt.sc/11nqpo5 https://prnt.sc/11nqtxr Please share with us details? Please share the unit and course name, Make sure do not to save the unit. The issue we getting in editor some of the content does not in proper format.

    We have debugged the issue hours but not found anything which only occurs at your end. It looks like there is some unit that has this issue. there is some unit which can be created again. The issue is when you created the unit using editor data is corrupted(not in valid form) so when you edit it gives an error. We have also created multiple options in the editor issue that does not replicate. I'll recommend creating a new unit and test with that if found any issue please share the steps as well so we can replicate and solve it.

    Mr. Scott, You need to check this issue. This is an autosave issue. I'm getting the same issue with the "Explain the correct answer" in a quiz. About 6 hours ago I create a quiz with "Explain the correct answer". Now I;m editing but there is no content in this field: https://prnt.sc/12j0nxm In 15 questions there are 6 more or less that is not saved and I have to rewrite the content. Don't ask me to send you the quiz please, I create 2 quizzes and I get the same issue in both. This bothers a lot
