Ungraded quiz prevents students from recieving wplms points

Hi- We have a series of courses that have two quizzes.  The first quiz a regular quiz, the second is meant to be an evaluation of sorts.  Thus, it is a multiple choice quiz, but the answers should not be evaluated.  After passing the first quiz (score of 70 or above) and completing the evaluation (answers don't matter), the students should receive a certificate and a specified number of my credit points. The students properly receive the certificates, but not the wplms points.  When I remove the "evaluation" quiz from the sequence then the points work fine, so I think the problem is related to the setup of the "evaluation" quiz. I have attached screenshots of my settings for this quiz, please advise how I can modify it to ensure students receive their points. Thanks!

IF you have set the points awarding on certificate awarded to student ,when the certificate is awarded to student only then the points should be awarded right away . Check the mycred points awarding settings .

I updated the quizzes to link back to the courses (although that hasn't prevented the certificates from being awarded and points used to be awarded), and I am still facing this problem.  Screenshots attached. Are there particular mycred points settings that I should be checking? Thanks, Lauren

You can try adding the points awarding on completion of the second quiz or on marks greater than . http://prntscr.com/96qww2

I tried awarding points based on finishing the second quiz, however it allows the user to skip the first quiz and go straight to the second quiz.   Thus, I changed the module to be based on criteria (see attached screenshots), but it still isn't working.  Any ideas?

Ok judging from this screenshot : https://wplms.io/support/wp-content/uploads/2015/12/Screen-Shot-2015-12-06-at-9.18.22-AM.png ,you have awarded points on course evaluation if students gets marks greater than or equal to 70 Not the quiz so please check if the student scored marks greater than "70" in course . You can check this from the stats section . If the user got the enough marks but still she is not awrded the points then please share the admin credentials and site url to check the issue at your end .

In this case the student got 100/100 on the first quiz, 0/0 on the second quiz, which should translate to over 70 for the course, correct?  I don't want to award the points until they complete the second (evaluation) quiz which is why I don't have the passing threshold on the quiz.   I would rather not share admin credentials through a forum (or at all) for security reasons.  Is there a way we could setup a video or screen share so that I can walk through this with someone live?   Thanks.

I have finally gotten the points to award for a certificate after manually redoing all of the points, however, each criteria is only awarded once (to one user).  After that, whenever I create a new account the points are not awarded.  What am I missing?  Ive spent easily 20 hours on this over the last two weeks and would really love a solution to my troubles.  Thanks!

This seems to be na issue with the certificates point awarding ,we are trying to fix this and it will be fixed in the next update of wplms mycred addon plugin . Moving to issue log . Thanks for reporting this .
