Well that is not our plugin , we cant fix it as we do not own it .
That is a third party plugin and the email problem you are getting is related to buddypress plugin which is owned by wordpress itself .
We are just using its template to send our email content /.
You can seach for other third party plugin to configure your ses :

Following up on this topic. It is not clear what the issue is.
The topic title says Unit Expired time with a description that the unit should expire for the user.
If you are using "Unit Timings addon" then we have this setting, then when a user spends the duration of the unit, you can lock the unit for the user, the user will not be able to open again.
