on your site you have enabled the register and login simultaneously
that's why change the setting in register form
The Register form now works.
Till the bug is fixed:
1- I will only have Student registration form, and
2- use the wplms form, (since the VibeBp form does not work).

exactly what is not working with vibebp form?

wp-admin>>vibebp>>course layout and edit with elementor
