    In my website when I am trying to upload a course and create a course from scratch it is not working at all, There are also issues about meeting links, I had also emailed my issue on the support email but didn't get any reply.   This is my website. Please resolve my issue or I will have to move to any other theme. https://abcafrica.co/

    @myRunner The first thing, I want to mention here is emails are not considered as primary support. If you have  access of support forums so you should post here. We never mentioned anywhere that emails are primary support forum and we will check all the issues there. And I can see on the basis of that you rate us which is really a demotivating factor On daily basis, we got about 100+ emails and it is not possible for us to reply all the emails. But on Forums we can track which topic is replied and which one is left. Here it is quite easier for us. I hope you will understand my point of view as well. Now coming back to your topic Make sure the pages should be properly in wp-admin > WPLMS > Course Manager refer: http://prntscr.com/sqhkld And there are so many solutions available on support forum because same issue faced by others as well so you can search for that as well. Please try the above solution. If you still face any issue then do share your site URL with admin credentials here

    hi, i have tried to create the course on your site and it's working!!! https://prnt.sc/ssxemd please let us know if you are talking about something else!!! it will be better if you shared some screenshot regarding to your issue and explain it in detail which will help us to solve your query in more appropriate way!

    Well the package is working : http://prntscr.com/suvroy Make sure that you select scorm version before uploading or setting the package : http://prntscr.com/suvruk Note that only scorm version 1.2/1.1 supported as of now .
