The first thing, I want to mention here is emails are not considered as primary support. If you have access of support forums so you should post here. We never mentioned anywhere that emails are primary support forum and we will check all the issues there.
And I can see on the basis of that you rate us which is really a demotivating factor
On daily basis, we got about 100+ emails and it is not possible for us to reply all the emails. But on Forums we can track which topic is replied and which one is left. Here it is quite easier for us.
I hope you will understand my point of view as well.
Now coming back to your topic
Make sure the pages should be properly in wp-admin > WPLMS > Course Manager

And there are so many solutions available on support forum because same issue faced by others as well so you can search for that as well.
