    Hi, When we try to create a new course, we are not able to upload word,pdf,ppt document. its uploading only image and video(Please refer screenshot below). https://prnt.sc/10vg5p4 How can we upload all the documents including word and pdf. Also all the uploaded media is not showing, not able to scroll down https://prnt.sc/10vgad1 please reply as soon as possible and let me know if you need the wp-credentials to look into it. Thanks!!

    Well yes the files are uploading fine at our end . You have to clik on the image icon in editor to upload the file . Some media popups does allows only image files as they meant to receive only images there . Please share your site url and admin creds to check scroll issue .

    Hi, 5. When try to upload document on course builder, its automatically downloading a random file instead of uploading. please look into the above issue its very urgent. Main issue is when we try to upload any file while creating course, when we open uploaded media automatically a file is downloading in local system. Please reply as soon as possible. Thanks!!

    Ok I updated your vibebp and wplms plugin and after udpating this is the status right now : 1 . Im sorry I could not replicate the issue , could you please share some video or exact steps to replicate ? 2 . yes the word and text files are downloading but the pdf file is working fine : https://prnt.sc/10wulym 3 . the scroll issue did not appear and now the course edit issue going blank is also not appearing right now . 4 . & 5 . well the pdf will work right now the doc and text files will not work .

    1 . yes the issue has been replicated at my end as well. ITs a bug . We are working on to fix it. 5 . yes it downloads this is why I said the word documents doc or docx file is not supported to upload and used as attachments properly . PDf file is supported fully .

    Hi, 1) Thanks for the update, How long does it take for you guys to fix this bug? 5) So you mean to say, if we upload Doc or Docx file in uploaded media, it will be downloaded to local computer? If its not supported atleast it should not be downloaded. its very annoying for client every time he tries to upload any document automatically downloading start. Whats the solution of it? how can we disable downloading? Thanks!!

    1 . it is fixed , we are adding few changes in the wplms plugin and will release update 1.5.5 this week already . 5 . We have not handled the docx file yet, and its downloading this is also a bug . We are adding a fix for it in upcoming update . please track : https://trello.com/c/5Uvp8wem

    1) Is updated wplms plugin 1.5.5 released? From where i can download and install it?. 5). How long do you think this bug will fixed, from last 4 days there is no activity in tracking. Our client is getting frustrated with this. Please escalate this issue and resolve as soon as possible. Thanks!!
