    Dear support team Steps: 1) In the Zoom official website, we created 1 Zoom account as an admin. 2) In the Zoom official website, we use the admin zoom account to log in. Then, in the admin panel > User Management, we created some instructor's Zoom accounts for our instructors. https://prnt.sc/tfpiwc 3) In our WordPress WPLMS website, an Instructor created a Zoom meeting room and select his own zoom account as the Meeting host. At first, it worked well. https://prnt.sc/tfpl6h https://prnt.sc/tfplto However, if the instructor or the admin edit the Zoom meeting room, either change the time or password or course linked, the Meeting host of that Zoom meeting room will auto change to be the Admin's Zoom account. As a result, that instructor's Zoom account was no longer as the Meeting host of that Zoom meeting room and can not get in the Zoom meeting room. Then, if that instructor or admin tried to edit that zoom meeting room and change back the Meeting host to be that instructor's Zoom account, and click save. At first, it did show that the Meeting host has been changed to be that instructor's Zoom account, but actually it did not work. If you exit the edit page of that Zoom meeting room and get back to the edit page of that Zoom meeting room again, the Meeting host still is the Admin's Zoom account. Again, as that instructor's Zoom account was no longer as the Meeting host of that Zoom meeting room, he is not able to get in the Zoom meeting room.     Yes this is an issue , thanks for reporting this to us . This has been fixed in your site but it will not fix in old meeting you will create . You will need to create a new meeting in order to make it work .

    Sorry. The problem still exists. When the instructor or the admin edit the Zoom meeting room, either change the time or password or course linked, the Meeting host of that Zoom meeting room still will auto change to be the Admin's Zoom account. Please follow up! Very urgent! Many thanks!

    The steps I tried are the following: 1) Using an instructor to create a new Zoom meeting room. 2) Edited the Zoom meeting room's meeting time. 3) The meeting host auto-changed from that instructor's zoom account to be the admin zoom account.
