URGENT – Students complete course but not showing on admin side.

Hello, LOGIN DETAILS will be attched commented below privately So we are a large company with thousands of employees and testing the WPLMS for our new online training and need help! Currently I have students who complete the course they said and then when i check it doesn't show 100% look at screenshot attached. On the LEFT is the employee who completed it but on my right side on the ADMIN side it says 22% percent.... ? https://prnt.sc/ngc2ww Also I noticed that at the end of the course if a employee clicks finis course it resets the course to 0% . How can we mark them complete it without resetting the course...? Please help as we need this fixed before we roll it out to the 50,000 employees.   Also if there is a way we can have it sync the users so their email and password synch from our MY SQL database.   Thanks Nick CEO of FanTazTech
