url problem

https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/url-problem/ In this ticket i could not get solution. I have deactivated third party plugins still having this problem. I hosted 5 sites on this server, there are no problem in any site except this.(teduc.in). I am sending credentials in next private ticket.

We have already checked your site but could not detect the issue  please try deactivating the third party plugins  and also contact your webhost on this .

We have deactivated all plugins and right now we have only those plugins which you have recommended.

yes, they answered that it is theme issue.

Site not accessible. Have you added any index.html file in the site root which is overriding WordPress ? This is NOT a theme issue, ask your webhost to share more information.  If the issue is with the theme then we would have received at least one more ticket of the same issue. Theme code is same for all, if it is a theme issue it would be replicable on any WPLMS site including the demo. Try changing your web host, try replicating your site on your local setup  . This is definitely a site specific issue. Building URLs are not a part of the theme, so your web host is clearly mistaken in identifying the error. Something is overriding wordpress totally, I checked your site on sucuri scanner (https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/results/teduc.in) bu so far no issues are reported. It seems there is some customisation in your site which is overwriting the urls, which is something we can not fix, because simply do not know what customisations has been done to your site.

Hi Sir, We contact to Host provider and they reply us this and also give us solution which i have attached in image. <span style="color: #000000; font-family: 'Open Sans', helvetica, arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: 20px;">the issue seems to be from programming end as we have already shown you by replacing the current index page and it's working absolutely fine without any extra characters. Also, we request you to the issue at your end as we do not provide programming level support.</span>

This is not the theme issue as well. To check this please try switching the theme to wordpress default theme 2015 or  2014  . Also try checking if there is any .htaccess file other than one in the root directory of your site . Please note that wordpress only have one .htaccess file in the site root .
