User Email Notification choices do not save

Hello Support, The customers are not able to save the email setting in their dashboard (Dashboard/Settings/ Email tab - select/unselect the email notifications). Please find attached a screen shot where the client has unselected all emails and saved it, but still this did not reflect on the dashboard. Please advise a solution.

Issue not replicable at our end .Please share your site url and admin credentials in private reply . Also make sure that wplms theme , vibe course module plugin , vibe customtypes plugin and buddypress plugin are updated to latest versions .
