User/Student not automatically to enrolled to batch after purchase

Please share you admin credential,batch url and product url with us in private reply. It can be some missing setting.

Hi, And when students purchase batch ,they will automatically added in connected courses too. refer this setting:https://prnt.sc/swmyek

Thank you Scott for looking after this matter.  I've ticked(enabled) "Enable Course auto subscribe for Batch students", we'll observe how it affects new students and will let you know if this option did not work.
