User unable to start course after purchase

Hello, Very critical issue. Need solution asap. Please help as earliest. <span style="color: #4b4d4d; font-family: Lato; font-size: 14px;">Our site link for your reference - </span>http://w8e.c29.myftpupload.com I could not able to start course after purchase the product using payment gateway. But the same course is available after purchase using coupon code. Steps I followed -

1. I logged in with my account details. http://w8e.c29.myftpupload.com

2. Shop the product which includes the course that I want to take. http://w8e.c29.myftpupload.com/product/test-product/

3. Made a payment of 10Rs.

4. After payment system redirects to my account.

5. Then I click on the product and then course and on the course page click on 'start course'.

After clicking on 'start course' page reloads but nothing happens. My account shows order completed status.   Thanks in advance.

I found the way to do it possible. Navigate to WooCommerce->Settings->Products->Downloadable products Uncheck the option 'Grant access to downloadable products after payment' Is this correct step? or i need to do anything else. Please reply

this setting is for giving access of course to users while processing. It should not affect the completed status. Refer: http://somup.com/cqi3INeQPd
