    How can i disable course title on home screen and the whole courses so arabic will stay arabic and english will stay as it is when chosing other languages

    Hello, that's also fine but you have to use loco translator to convert the English strings into Arabic. because these strings are coming from the hardcodes and that is the safest way to translate your site into another language. multisite: try this: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-install-and-setup-wordpress-multisite-network/
