    I try to add video in Knowledge Base article: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14WKh-Ph_bNSzo8hZKJgOsGU0JWlBM-3h/view?usp=sharing But it is not displayed after the saving: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sNb4PtxyZeg3MpJ9finb41b7Jp5MtfvD/view?usp=sharing When I try to edit the article in the backend, there is the code: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1_4-v2Vnp8mrQS0eEu2AAICEhD5zTgaNv/view?usp=sharing

    Your previous video is a good example of what I'm writing about. It clearly shows that the article "Final video" does not display the video. And in the article you have just added, the video is not displayed. On my site there is a problem with this, you see it, I clearly showed it to you. And you simulate technical support instead of real technical support.

    Hi we were not able to check as we are working on appointments bug fixes.We are on it from next week we have to fix all issues with helpdesk .
