Uploading presentation in the meeting itself - yes, I agree that this is an issue and for that I suggest you to upload a default presentation pdf from wp-admin > LMS > Settings > Appointments

I do know that function but it is not practical at all.
It is also not the only thing that does not work well.
I hope they will soon work on fixing the reported flaws.
