Videos in course not working

Hello support-team, unfortunately videos in the course area do not work for us. they are either not shown at all or do not load or play. Screenshots: http://prnt.sc/umzdug , http://prnt.sc/umzein what can be the cause? kind regards jens

hi, just checked on your site the theme version on your site 4.080 which is not the latest one please update the theme and then check

Hi Veronica, we updated the theme to the latest version. unfortunately it is still not working. There seems to be a problem with embedded videos in general. If i create a new video-unit, the first video is displayed and played correctly. But if i want to embed multiple videos in course content by going to 'embed file' and entering a name and the youtube-url and selecting 'video', only a black preview appears and the videos do not load. neither in frontend nor in backend. You can check this in the course 'Effektiv Kommunizieren - Grundlagen' in the unit 'Multiple Videos'.
