View batch courses as individual products before purchasing

Hi My organisation has over 70 courses and we have several classes per course running each term. On our current website we are able to display each class's date and time before the student purchases it. It also displays if the course is full and will not allow anymore students to enrol. I have purchased Batches plugin and am aware that students can be forced to join a batch/class once they have purchased the course but its a step too late for our process. If the intended class is full, the student will need to choose another class which may not suit their timings, this could lead to unnecessary admin and refunds on our side. Is there a way to show all available batches before purchase? Just to confirm, we run live classes and not on demand/pre-recorded courses. Thanks!

Hi, I dont think you understand the query. When student visits the website, I want them to see all courses that are available with time, date and spaces.   For example: English batch 1 - Monday 2pm - 4pm - 5 seats available English batch 2 - Thursday 3pm - 5pm - 0 seats available Maths batch 1 - Tuesday 3pm - 5pm - 10 seats available Maths batch 2 - Thursday 1pm - 3pm - 2 seats available Science batch 1 - Wednesday 3pm - 5pm - 5 seats available Science batch 2 - Friday 2pm - 4pm - 1 seats available   I want to make sure that the student can see all available courses before they make a payment and enrol. Currently the system is set up to do the following: Choose course (English) > Make payment > Choose batch (English batch 2) > Batch is FULL > Choose another class or make a refund I want the student to know htat the course is available before making a payment. Is this possible? Thanks

If  I am get it correct you want your student to know if batch has seats then they enroll in course otherwise not refer this course page with connected batch details:https://prnt.sc/teh5vi same as batch page with connected course details :https://prnt.sc/teh83s Also batch has capability if student will enroll in any batch then they will automatically enroll in the connected courses too . Student does not need to purchase course then purchase batch . If student remove from batch they will automatically remove from connected courses too.
