WC Ajax-Enabled Layered Nav incompatibility

Hi, I need to use Woocommerce Ajax-Enabled Enhanced Layered Navigation plugin to filter products more efficiently. As soon as I enable this plugin, all the widgets in the shop sidebar disappear. I don't even putted the WC ajax widget in any sidebar. screen-cast I tested on minimal setup (WPLMS + WC + WC Ajax plugin) and error remains. When I switch to twenty-sixteen theme widgets are showing ok. I don't have any error in the console so it's over my skills to debug this. Can you have a look please? Thank you!

Well we are actually using woocommerce templates in our theme . We will have to check it . can you please share the plugin over [email protected]  ?
