We have a problem regarding the ssl certificates in one of our pages, when inspecting the page via html it says that it's got mixed content, that results in the browser showing up that our site is "no secure",so the idea is for you to please explain what do we have to do to fix this problem, you can see screenshot of the mixed content situation here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WTX45Sogsv248wA3LBtBMolFe5iAw_Vm/view. and this is what the browser says: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EceSKIMp5Uf3TNMigrwnBWSHKrQ60saO/view

@johnfelipe, I am not able to access this link until and unless you give me access. I would recommend you to use Lightshot for sharing screenshot

@johnfelipe The mixed content error appears only if the website is set to https but the content is loaded from http. This is not a theme related issue, you have to make your website to https completely to resolve this issue. You can refer this tutorial : http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-ssl-and-https-in-wordpress/

@johnfelipe, Make sure to have a full backup of your site and then you need to visit Settings » General page. From here you need to update your WordPress and site URL address fields by replacing http with https.
