Hi,
My website has become very slow in terms of load speed(>19 secs) My web developer has done all the possible optimizations in order to increase the speed. Also my hosting provider has increased the server limits & cleared the cache. The theme seems to be affecting the load speed. Could you please help bring the loading time to under 1 sec.
April 6, 2020 at 6:00 am #249214VeronicaModeratorhi,Please consider upgrading your php version to atleast 7.2 or 7.0 .
Also install this plugin "query monitor" refer this tip to know which plugin is actually putting load on your server : https://kinsta.com/blog/query-monitor/
we need to have some data exactly which slowing down your website .
Please consider using a caching plugin to reduce the TTFB time.
Also consider asking your webhost to scan your website files for malware and also for external ips as well.
here is the screenshot of the settings of wp rocket :

This can be totally removed. Install any good cache plugin to restrict wc_ajax_cart_refresh [ wprocket has it ] https://prnt.sc/s450cx Without any optimisation, you should be able to reduce : 5.8 + 8.6 + 5 ~ 20 seconds out of 28.6 seconds loading time. Note that this 28.6 seconds is total load time which the user does not experience. as the page loads before that. Overall : Your site is otherwise fast loading but you can easily make the loading time under 5 seconds and with good optimisation under 3 seconds. For optimisation part : the second hit of 7.6 seconds only for DNS and PHP execution can be reduced to under 1 second if you install a good cache plugin.April 22, 2020 at 5:35 pm #253543MrVibeKeymasterCheck the waterfall tab in this link for your site : https://gtmetrix.com/reports/itradethecharts.com/0B1CVMxXApril 22, 2020 at 5:37 pm #253546MrVibeKeymasterfor the first redundant call , remove the www frmo WP Admin - Settings - general - site url and home url. Locate the source of the custom CSS file, i bet some plugin is adding it. Are you using jetpack custom css ?April 24, 2020 at 12:23 pm #2540921Tradethecharts_714ParticipantThis reply has been marked as private.April 25, 2020 at 12:59 pm #254367Anshuman SahuKeymasterAlso please try to add this quick fix : https://wplms.io/support/knowledge-base/plugins-and-updates-page-not-loading-504-error-fix/ -
