Website Speed Issue

Hi I checked my website loading speed on https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/, it's too slow 53/100 on desktop. I installed w3total cache and used minify to increase speed but it shows very little effect, while debugging these are some lots of thing which slows down the speed http://maps.google.com/maps/api/js?sensor=false&ver=4.3.1 (30 minutes) https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?v=3.exp&sensor=false (30 minutes) http://www.google-analytics.com/analytics.js (2 hours) Plz help me rectify the pblm

Please note that we do not recommend to use the script minification and caching plugins. It would adversely affect the functionality and will create errors in your wplms installation . Please try implementing the opcache for php . refer :  https://wplms.io/support/forums/topic/cache-plugin-recommended/ Also the scripts and styles will be provided already minified  in the wplms version 2.0 . TO increase the speed please deactivate the unnecessary plugins in your site .
